Swingtime Ball December 17, 2011 This year, instead of just a dance contest, we are going to put on the first annual Swingtime Ball, which will include a Swing Showcase of performances! Everyone is welcome to take part in the Showcase and all types of performances are accepted: one couple lindy hop, multiple couples lindy hop, charleston, solo jazz - you name it! Please send music for your performance along with information about your act to us before December 14th. What else is in the program? First of all, our favorite band HOT CLUB OF BEIJING will be playing their best swing tunes for the dancers! ...a Free Intro Swing Dance lesson for non-dancers!!! ...and lots and lots of performances by Swing Beijing and Moonglow Burlesque pros! ....AND....a Jack & Jill social dance contest.
